You may be interested in coming to the Legislature gallery as a show of support for this bill.

We recommend you arrive for the session at 2:30pm to allow time to get through security. There are procedural items on the Orders of the Day which make it difficult to determine the exact time the bill will be introduced but the debates around Bills start at 2:30 and David’s bill will likely be the second one up.
